Hobsons Boxes
Today in lecture we were shown the 'new' range of boxes that the company have made. The one is for oldfields - the cider, and one for the hobsons - the beer. Both are quite different designs, and have different layouts and information on them.
The Hobsons Box
Made from one sheet of cardboard, and uses a little bit of glue, slots together to make a six bottle carrier. it uses the signature blue to cover most of the design. But also uses the hat as the whole - which strangely enough, was what i wanted to use in my design (as seen in a previous post).
The Oldfields Box
Again, One sheet of cardboard, using a small bit of glue. This box is for carring three bottles (not six) it is completely covered in a green and apples etc, promoting nature, and the ingredients.
As the sister to the Hobsons, it is clear, the difference between the two, they use different colour schemes and layouts. Though both still hold the bowler hat logo.
